Sea Day and Delicious Steak

On Friday, we had a very relaxing sea day where honestly we didn't do much. The most facinating thing was watching our navigation map as we passed into the Arctic Circle. From now until Thursday, we will have total sunlight and no sunsets. That sounds awesome and unique, but also a little difficult on the sleep schedule. This is a photo of our first Midnight Sun, taken a little after midnight actually.

We had dinner at the Bayou Cafe and Steakhouse on board Island Princess and it was absolutely wonderful. It was many courses of seafood, steak, and the best bread pudding anywhere. On top of that, the service was unmatched. If anyone sails this ship, I totally recommend it. We will probably do it again.

Tomorrow, it is on to the Arctic town of Tromso.
